    Now for this week’s results.
    Tuesday event saw a field of 15 players fronting for a par event on a somewhat dry course.
    The winner was Paul Norris (23) with +4 from Chris Leaman (13) with +3. Ball rundown went to minus 2 on a countback. Nearest the pin on the 3rd was Peter Baddeley.
    A big congratulations go to Chris Leaman for his Hole in One on 12th. Well done Chris.

    Thursday’s event saw a great field of 47 fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event, with ever improving conditions.
    With such a large field there were two prize divisions.
    The winner of division 1 was Tony Pridham (9) with 38 points, whilst Geoff Morris (18) was runner up with 37 points.
    The winner of division 2 was Perrin Gooding (27) with 40 points, whilst John Hayes (33) was runner up with 33 points.
    Ball run down went 32 pts.
    Nearest the pins were Rob Healy on the 7th, Tony Pridham on the 9th and John Hayes on the 12th. Dave McKenzie took out the pro pin on the 3rd. Hidden holes went to Tony Pridham, whilst the NTP second shot on the 18th went to Roger Eddy and second shot on the first to Alan Parrott. The novelty event of birdies were won by Gregory Johnstone, Roger Eddy, Tony Pridham, Chris Anderson and Jarrod Heath. The rabbits for the day were unavailable at the time of publishing

    Following the extremely heavy rain on Friday, a small field of 10 players decide to venture out on Saturday.
    The winner was Sam Sandhu (20) with 38 points. Runner up was Oliver Pearson (4) with 35 points.
    A novelty shootout was held after play, with Brad Grant being the successful player.
    Tip for this week: The windier it gets the easier you should swing. You will quickly find that your golf ball is boring through the wind and not ballooning.
