    Steve Daykin took out the hidden holes on Thursday

    Now for this week’s results.
    Tuesday event saw a field of 11 souls fronting for a par event.
    The winner was Peter Baddeley (16) with plus 4 from Chris Leaman (13) on plus1. Ball rundown went to minus 3. Nearest the pin on the 9th was Chris Leaman, and nearest the pin 2nd shot on the 18th was Taki Murakami.

    Thursday’s event saw a field of 23 fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event, despite two rather HEAVY showers.
    The winner was Dan Robertson (0) with 36 points, whilst Steve Chisholm (15) was runner up with 34 points.
    Ball run down went 31 pts.
    Nearest the pins were Dan Robertson on the 7th and the 9th, Roger Eddy on the 12th. Perrin Gooding took out the pro pin on the 3rd. Hidden holes went to Steve Daykin. NTP second shot on the 18th was claimed by Tony Pridham. There were two novelty events, a putting comp won by Dave McKenzie and net birdies on the par fives. These were won Steve Daykin x 2, Bob Speed x 2, John Saggers, Bill Parsons, Sam Sandhu, Brad Grant, Martin Slack, Maurie Walsh, Alan Parrott, Michael Harrison, Steve Chisholm and Tony Pridham.
    The rabbit for the day was Ian Clark.
    The winners of the Winter Eclectic are Alan Parrott in A grade, and Dave McKenzie in B grade.

    Saturday’s event saw a field of 25 hardy and leg weary souls front for the Monthly Medal event.
    The medal winner was Oliver Pearson (3) with a fine nett 74. Runner up was Laurie Harcus (23) with a nett 75. Ball rundown went to nett 78 on a countback.
    Nearest the pin on the 7th was Mark Pearson, Rob Healy on the 9th, Chris Leaman on the 12th and Oliver Pearson on the 16th. The pro pin went Brad Grant, Steve Daykin won the hidden holes, and NTP 2nd shot on the 18th went to Oliver Pearson. The novelty events were second shot on the 1st going to Bob Cullen and second shot on the tenth going to Oliver Pearson. Oliver also took out the JD Perks scratch with a great round of 77.

    Eight members journeyed over to Yarrawonga to play in the NEDGA 2-man Ambrose on Sunday. Results were not to hand at the time of going to press.
