    A big Congratulations to Brendan “Louie” Egan on achieving his first ever Hole in One on the sixteenth on Saturday.

    Tuesday had 28 players contesting a stroke event.
    The winner was Jeremy Drew (22) with an excellent nett 66 from Brad Grant (10) with a nett 67.
    Ball rundown went to nett 71 on a countback. Nearest the Pin on the third and ninth was Brendan Egan and on the sixteenth was Peter Baddeley. The best score on par fours was shared between Jeremy Drew and Laurie Harcus, whilst Brendan Egan took out the best score on Par threes

    Wednesday’s daylight saving event was a stableford competition with 28 players competing. The winner was Jeremy Veneman.

    Thursday’s event saw a field of 66 regular and keen golfers fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event with some great scores being returned. There were three players contesting the Gold event.
    The winner of Division One was Fred Rogers (16) with a great 43 points from Dave Octigan (12) with 41 points.
    The winner of Division Two was Sam Sandhu (18) with an impressive 43 points from John Hawkes (25) with an equally good 43 points on a countback.
    Ball run down went 37 points on a countback. Nearest the pins were Col Whytcross on the third, Dave Octigan on the seventh, Alan Parrott on the ninth, Oli Shaw on the twelfth and Adam Holt on the sixteenth. Nearest the pin second shot on the eighteenth was collected by Gary Johnson. The best score on the par threes was won by Fred Rogers, whilst the best score on par fours went to Damien Ryan. The closest to the pin eighth was won by Rob Fankhauser, whilst the seventeenth was claimed by John Gilson.
    The Gold event winner was Keith Millott (33) with 42 points.
    There were two rabbits for the day, being Josh Foots and Brad Grant.

    Saturday’s event was the Annual Parsons Father & Son and Family Team event. This was held in the continuing warm March conditions.
    The winners of the Father/Son were Peter and J Baddeley with a great score of 47 points form Ben & Greg Millott with 46 points. The family team event went the combination of Shirley Nolan and Clive Clarke with 44 points.
    The 4BBB stableford event was won by the husband and wife combination of Robyn Baker and Rob Fankhauser with a great 49 points from Rob Healy and Ross Penny with 47 points.
    Ball run down went to 46 points. Nearest the pins were Ben Millott on the third, Gary Johnson on the seventh, Alex Stephens on the ninth, Charlie Heath on the twelfth and Brendan Egan on the sixteenth (Hole In One). The second shot on the eighteenth was collected by Kane Blunt. The Ladies NTP’s were collected by Robyn Baker on the third and Sheryl Sargent for the third shot on the eighteenth.
