    Now for this week’s results.
    Tuesday event saw a field of 11 hardy players fronting for a stableford event.
    The winner was Geoff Brown (8) 35 points from Peter Baddeley (15) also with 35 points on a countback. Ball rundown went to 28 points on a countback. Nearest the pin on the 3rd was Peter Baddeley.

    Thursday’s event saw a field of 37 fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event, despite rather heavy conditions.
    The winner was Steve Chisholm with 37 points, whilst Henrik Bastek (18) was runner up with 36 points with Phil Conway (11) third on a countback.
    Ball run down went 31 pts.
    Nearest the pins were Nick Jones on the 7th, Maurie Walsh on the 9th, David Hurle on the 12th and Alan Parrott on the 16th. Barry Dove took out the pro pin on the 3rd. Hidden holes went to Phil Conway as did the NTP second shot on the 18th. There were three novelty events, a putting comp won by Brian Russell and twos on the par threes. These were won Brad Grant and John Saggers. Brad also took out NTP 15th third shot.
    The rabbits for the day were Gary Johnson and Bill Parsons.

    Saturday’s event saw the President’s Day being held. A good field of hardy and leg weary souls fronted for a combination of Mixed and Men’s 2 ball Ambrose with a draw for partners.
    The mixed winners were Sheryl Sargent and Tony Pridham (7) with 61 nett. Runners Up were Marion Sergeant and Brad Grant (8.5) with 66.5 nett. Ball went to 66.75 nett.
    The men’s winners Daniel Robertson and Bobby Cullen (3.25) 60.75 nett, with runners up being Chris Leaman and Steve Daykin (7.25) 66.75 nett. Balls went to 67 nett.
    Nearest the pin on the 3rd was Rod Sargent, 7th was Mark Bettany, Bob Cullen on the 9th and Daniel Robertson on the 12th.
    A surprise member’s draw was held for those that played. Sam Bailey was the 1st winner receiving $150 and Chris Leaman the second prize of $50.
