Warren Shepherd tees off the tenth at Benalla Vets tournament

Warren Shepherd tees off the tenth at Benalla Vets tournament on his way to a victory with a good score of 40 points.  He beat the Bus Bandit John McCombe on a countback to take out the bus money and a win in D grade.

We had three ladies represent the club and Dianne Comerford, Sue Parson and Linda Terry all came home with prizes.

Eighteen players made the trip, most playing early.  Conditions were good, except for kangaroo damage to some of the greens.

Next tournament is at Wangaratta Golf Club (Waldara) on 30th April.  Inter-zone is scheduled for 21st May at Broadford, but the venue may change.
