    The Midweek results

    Tuesday’s event saw a field of 23 players out contesting a par event and the huge winds.
    The winner was Graham Mear (9) with plus One from Domingo Diaz (13) with square. Ball rundown went to minus four on a countback. B3est score on the Par Threes was shared between Domingo Diaz, Laurie Harcus, Alan Parrott and Nick Siperki. Best on the last six holes went to Graham Mear.

    Thursday’s event saw field of Sixty-seven very happy golfers fronting the starter for the regular Stableford event, as well as four gold participants.
    The winner of Division One was Taki Murakami (10) with 37 points from Phil Conway (12) with 35points.
    The winner of Division Two was Josh Foots (18) also with 37 points from Fred Rogers (18) with 34 points.
    The winner of Division Three was Tom Nicol (31) with 34 points from Tom Swan (26) with 32 points.
    Ball run down went 32 points on a countback.
    The best score on the ODD holes went to Josh Foots, and the best score on Par fours went to Taki Murakami, whilst the Hidden Holes winner was Phil Conway.
    There were two rabbits for the day, and they were Geoff Brown and bill Moran.
    The Gold event saw Frank Zeidler (17) taking out the event with 34 points.

    Also commencing on Thursday was this year’s Golf Premier League, with eight teams competing.
    The results from the first round are as follows: –
    X-Factors Def The Internationals 100 to 95 points
    Spuds Def Black Lives Matter 95 to 92 points
    Sicarios Def TMG’s 104 to 88 points
    Snake Pit Def The Freds 88 to 84 points

    Saturday’s event saw a field of 53 players contesting the September Monthly Medal sponsored by Marks IGA in wet and blustery spring conditions.
    The winner of Division and the September Monthly Medal was Graham Mear (9) with a great nett 68 from Oliver Pearson (+1) with a nett 69.
    In Division Two the winner was Allister Bennett (28) with a nett 70 form Tom Swan (26) with a nett 71.
    All winners and runners-up have received vouchers from Marks IGA.
    Ball run down went to nett 76 on a countback.
    The best score on Par 3’s and 5’s combined was shared by Andrew Armsden and Gary Johnson, whilst the two’s winners were Laurie Harcus and Allister Bennett.
    The JD Perks went to Oliver Pearson with a great gross score of 68 (3 under the card)
    The grades for this year’s championships have been arranged in playing handicap order.
    A Grade is +4 to 8
    B Grade is 9 to 14
    C Grade is 15 to18
    D Grade is 19 to 37
